Christmas, Snow & Baby Brother!

Big update! Christmas, snow days, and a baby brother for E! Many of you already know about our big news considering it's not really a secret since I'm 4 months along now (and look about 6 months). We are due in July...the 21st to be exact so I'm pretty sure it won't happen on that day. We found out early again it's a boy (12 weeks). Same thing happened with Easton...I was not quite 12 when we saw "it" with him. I'll find out for sure I guess at my next appointment in 2 weeks.

4 months!

The big snow of January! We actually only got about 4" to 5" but some parts of TN got 9"! It's been a few years since we've been able to sled down Snow Hill at the farm and will probably be a few more for me (not taking chances), but E and Matt as well as 30 or 40 other family and friends had a blast and went through about 4 tubes over the last 2 days. Thankfully we had trucks and tractors to pull everyone back up the hill. The not so lucky ones ended up in the creek at the bottom...that's what happens when you get too much momentum and forget to bail or when your jerk brother-in-law jumps on top of you so you can't bail (that's how Wes ended up taking a cold bath). E was very hesitant at first...but by day two he was ready to see what the fuss was about.

"So everyone is telling me how fun this sledding thing is. I'm not so sure....it's a long way down."

"No daddy!...no sed...no sed!"

They made it to the bottom! The spec in the middle of the picture.

The tractor pull was just as exciting! Looked alot like tubing on the lake when he made the turn and kids went flying! Thankfully Jack was a little easier on my baby.

Finally back to the top...laid back and taking in the scenery!

"I di it, Mommy! I di it Sasa! I sed!" I believe those were his exact words.

Ready for more...."again daddy!"

Uncle and E

Easton and Hunt warming up their noses and toes in the truck.

This was the first snow of the season back in December. It wasn't Easton's first snow, but probably his first playing in the snow.

Davidson, Jud and Big Bad John (don't laugh...that's what they call him) at Peanuts on Ice. We took a quick family trip to Opryland Hotel to for Davidson's birthday.

Molly K (John's Fiance) and the birthday boy in Hunt's stroller...can't believe Davidson is 7!

Uncle John and Hunt take on Matt and E in an old-fashioned game of Chicken. Don't know the guy in the back.

Christmas morning at our house! A gift from Uncle Drew and Aunt An...naturally.

The family around the table for Christmas breakfast. This was the first year we've had it at our house. It's usually at mom's...I guess I stole Christmas.

E helping Mommy make ginger bread cookies...surprisingly none of his dough made it to the cookie sheet.
